Xi Jinping, president of China and Communist Party chief, mentioned that vigorously developing mixed-ownership economy, the country’s industrial economy need to gain increased value and competitiveness with a mixed ownership model at the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.Mixed ownership is a crucial part in this round of China’s reforms, or we can say it’s the most valuable one. That’s because it is a move to combine both state-owned capital and private capital, in order to amplify their own advantages and reducing their disadvantages. However, employee will be another essential consideration and reassigned will bound to affect the interests of all parties. This process has, with the assistance of helping achieve clearer definition of responsibility for employees. Although employees of state-owned enterprises have inertia as they have been accustomed to eat mess.As meanwhile, employees will have their stress reaction when they face the problem which relate to their personal interests. Hence, state-owned enterprises should pay fully attention to communication with employees to meet their satisfaction of this reform. So that they can perform the reform for further success.This article is based on a comprehensive survey of Chinese society in 2006(CGSS2006) data as a research-based. Using SPSS statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis method as a software tool(Starting with data filtering, to fundamental analysis of independent variable and dependent variable and ending with regression analysis). Using the literature review, talking about the problems of current mixed ownership state-owned enterprises’ system reforming, discussing the way of reforming state-owned enterprises. For example, the change of enterprises’ property right, the regulation of performance evaluation and the improvement of salary and staff benefits. Find out which one of them are effecting the staff’s working attitude, explore the relationship between staff’s working attitude and the reforms of enterprises. Looking for an effective way to help the enterprise reforming. Considering the possibility that enterprise reforming might affect the staff’s motivation, thus, improve our solutions and react positively. Make sure every job is done to guarantee the process of enterprise reforming is going well.
