Research On Mongolian Trade Effects Of Establishing China-Mongolia FTA

Intraregional trade means trade between countries are mainly concentrated economic exchanges in the same area or Special Economic Zone(SEZ). Last few years, In the national economic and trade system, the ASEAN increased the Southeast Asian trade and Commodity Exchange, reduced inflation and tariff barriers, booming trade markets. Mongolia and China two country’s establishing partnership began in 1951. In 1989 the two governments established the Science and Technology Committee on Economic and Trade Cooperation, also held six meetings at the same time, In 1991, the two governments signed a intended to replace the government cash transactions and accounting affairs of trade agreement, and sign an investment protection agreement. According to Chinese customs statistics,2014 trade for 7318,47 US dollar, up 19.6% from last year. Foundation of Mongolian economic and trade cooperation is mutual benefit and equality, including contracting, labor service company between the two countries etc. In addition to, since 1985 governments also started the cross-border trade between the two countries. At present, China’s participation in cross-border trade area generally includes the Jilin Province, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia, Ningxia and Hebei Province.In this paper, by combining theory, empirical research and comprehensive analysis focused on analyzing the research method of combining in-depth study from various angles in the related issues of establishing free trade area. First of all, sum up the theory and predecessors of trade free area; Then, on this basis, the feasibility of establishing China-Mongolian free trade area in detail and the implementation of countermeasures. For its feasibility is analyzed, mainly adopts the regression equation analysis and related trade index analysis; Finally, the influence factors of to establish free trade area between the China and Mongolia two countries were analyzed and summarized.This paper’s purpose is to analysis the feasibility and influence of establishing China-Mongolia FTA. Set up of free trade zone process,need long time and it is complicated. As a result, both sides should hold a positive attitude to overcome obstacles, starting from the common interests, make full use of complementary resources and geographical advantages, together to face challenges and overcome obstacles. Establishing China Mongolia FTA is a long and complicated process, need to joint efforts between the two countries, but for deep-seated cooperation of trade and economic between the two countries would lay a staid foundation. For cutting tariffs and applying other problem, should be basic consistent on the basis of mutual benefit and the peace negotiation, to make certain concessions.
