| Business district is the spatial extent which is core area of the city to attract customers to consume, is the concentrated expression of urban history and culture, urban style and vitality, is the prosperity of urban fashion highlights and the essence, is the modern service industry cluster development platform, and is the important "window" for the development of urban economy. The district’s economy plays an extremely important role in stimulating consumer demand, improving the lives of residents, pushing forward the flow of commerce and related industry development, and promoting the regional economic growth.This article studied on the related theory of urban business district development from and make focusing analysis, emphatically analyzes the formation of business district and its evolution path, the morphological theory, and basic research model and localization patterns. Then analyzed the development experiences from New York Brooklyn business district, La Défense district of Paris, Beijing Wangfujing district, Shanghai Xujiahui district and other well-known domestic and foreign city business districts. On this basis, then take the Yangjiaping district as an example, make a detailed analysis of the basic situation, developing history and existing problems. By integrated using the theories of PEST and SWOT, this paper made a thorough analysis of influencing factors such as locational advantages, target customers, format structure, brand quality, volume size of the Yangjiaping district, and put forward the following five strategy and path for the differentiation characteristic development of Yangjiaping districts.1 District position high-ending. Embodiment of the commercial, leisure and entertainment functions, create an important window of core function area for Chonqing, and set an image of the national center city and business center.2 District format diversification. Agglomeration developing high-end business, modern finance, cultural creation, research and design, headquarters economy, and other high-end formats, building quality characteristic neighborhood, promoting the business integration and development.3 District function intelligence. The construction of information platform would provide all elements of urban life "eat, live, travel, shopping and entertainment" for the entire district, vigorously developing the e-commerce, enhance the intelligence service level of the district business service.4 District environment ecological. Constructing a number of ecological park, Riverside eco corridor, public green space, and exerting the ecological functions of leisure and tourism of Chongqing zoo plays, to build an ecological district. 5 District traffic Dimensional. Optimizing the internal channel and layout of bus, rail station in the district.
