| Insurance individual agent system been introduced into our country in 1992, then by domestic insurance companies to follow suit, and become one of the major marketing channels in the insurance industry, which has played a significant positive effect for the development of the insurance industry in China.Based on this perspective, according to commissioned-agent theory as the main theoretical and in virtue of the foundation of human resources management for reference, the corporate governance of the related ideas, this paper researches the incentive mechanism optimization solution for the purpose of the moral risk prevention optimization with TA insurance company as the study case. Around this research subject, this paper is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction which summarizes the research background, the research significance, the research content of this article, the research methods, etc., and mainly introduced the literature review of commissioned-agent theory; Starting from the present situation of our country insurance agent moral hazard problem, The second part expounds the related concepts of moral hazard, analyzes the causes and effects of insurance agent moral hazard, and puts forward solution to prevent moral hazard:the optimization of incentive mechanism; In virtue of TA insurance company as an example, The third part expounds the company incentive status and existing problems of insurance agents, and analyzes the reasons; The fourth part combined with the second and third part of analysis, put forward suitable for TA insurance agents incentive mechanism optimization scheme of moral risk prevention.Through the theoretical research and empirical analysis, this paper is intended to prevent moral hazard agent incentive mechanism effective optimization idea and scheme is put forward, at the same time provide a reference for TA insurance company agent incentive problem, has the good practical significance. |
