| 《Made in China 2025》 puts forward that to implement the strategy of manufacturing powers, we need to develop a service-oriented manufacturing and producer service industry. Relying on the manufacturing industry agglomeration area, construct a batch of public service platform of producer services. Encourage the eastern region to speed up the transformation of service manufacturing enterprises, to establish production bases. Based on this, this paper uses the empirical analysis and the data analysis of present situation and trend of the development of the manufacturing industry and producer services industry to create a panel data model analysis of producer services agglomeration effect to upgrade the manufacturing’s value chain.First, this article introduced the research background and its significance, the research ideas and methods of this article were also contained.Second, in this paper, based on the perspective of technology for manufacturing generalizes the current situation of the development and analysis, summarizes the achievements and introduce the problems. And classification of producer services is studied, the analysis of present situation and the tendency of the development of different kinds of them. This paper also analyzes the spillover effects of the agglomeration of producer services to promote the manufacturing industry.Again, scholars’study about this at home and abroad are reviewed. The upgrade of manufacturing industry’s value chain, industrial cluster, both the theory and research results of producer services, producer services cluster is introduced for upgrading the manufacturing value chain effect.Finally, in order to study the other factors that affects the upgrading of industry value chain, based on foreign influence (foreign investment strength), the domestic influence (government monopoly degree, science and technology R&D),the thinking mode of manufacturing itself (industry), and by the fact that panel data empirical analysis on the influence of various factors to work this paper. Study found that:along the east coasts of our country of producer services agglomeration of manufacturing value chain upgrade has a very positive role in promoting; The eastern coastal areas in China manufacturing industry development is relatively mature, foreign capital to enter the value chain upgrade will be counterproductive; The improvement of R&D spending will increase domestic demand, manufacturing export’s technical content is reduced, the first one can contribute to the building of the national value chain, lays the foundation for climbing the global value chain. |
