Research On The Interactive Relationship Between Industrial Structure And Urbanization In Hefei City

In the new round of development strategy of urbanization, Hefei is positioned as a national comprehensive transportation hub, as with Nanjing, Hangzhou in the Yangtze River delta urban agglomeration of vice center.Hefei ushered in unprecedented opportunities for development. At the same time, we should also see whether in the GDP or in terms of urbanization development level, there is a very big gap between Hefei and Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing. The industry structure and urban development is still not fully supporting, cities also did not get good service industry support, cities separation phenomenon is prominent. Therefore, it’s crucial to promote the optimization of industrial structure adjustment in Hefei, promote service industry and urbanization of coordination under the new situation.In this article, we got a more profound understanding for three times the industrial structure and evolution law of urban development in theory through reading literature. And then we reviewed the main developed countries in the world in the course of urbanization and industrial structure evolution, we found that early in the urbanization, industrialization played an important role to promote the development of the city; in the late stage of urbanization and the tertiary industry output value proportion and employment proportion in the industry’s leading position, become the main power to promote the development of urbanization. Then we analyzed the three major cities in the Yangtze River delta urbanization and the evolution of industrial structure, to find problems existing in industrial structure of Hefei.In the empirical part of this article, we used the theory of system coupling, by building the coupling coordination degree model, using the data from 2002 to 2014 is calculated in Hefei on the industrial index, service index respectively, and the urbanization system coupling coordination level of high and low. Through the empirical results, we found that the industrialization and urbanization in Hefei coupling coordination degree is 0.6733, entered the stage of "primary coordination", and the service industry and urbanization of the coupling coordination degree is not high enough, only Nanjing coupling coordination degree value compared to found that the two cities. All this show that in Hefei industrial development, going into the late stage of urbanization, still in the period of industrial structure level, service industry development and urban development has not yet entered the stage of a good coordination.Accordingly, we put forward the following suggestions about the development of urbanization in Hefei city. First, it’s to realize the strategy of "industrial city" to "service city", attention to the development of service industry vigorously. Second, it is to develop modern service industry, to promote the modern service industry and the first and second industry in the organic fusion of traditional service industry, interactive development, the comprehensive implementation "Internet+". Priority to the development of surrounding service the real economy, financial insurance, environmental protection, modern logistics, shipping service producer services. Meet the demand of residents, speed up the development of tourism and leisure, health, pension and family services, culture, education and other consumer services.Last, we should seek to improve the quality of urbanization as the key point and make the industry structure and urbanization form a good fusion. In the construction of new district in the city, we should make a reasonable planning and layout of industrial projects. In the process of industrial park construction, we should improve the occasion according to the concept of the development of city integration production to development. At the same time, we should build business service area, residential area, finance consumption function and so on comprehensive economic area, and make the industrial park from a single production zone economy to the comprehensive transformation of economy, thus to realize the industrial structure and the begin interaction of the city.
