In the 21st century, the recreationalization has developed all over the world and become a new trend. Currently, the domestic recreationalization also belongs to the lower primary level and has an obvious gap with the developed countries in all respects. Therefore, standing in the perspective of internationalization, measuring the differences between domestic and foreign recreationalization and learning the successful experiences from foreign cities, these will become a breakthrough for future domestic recreational development.At the above background, the paper mainly consists of 5 chapters.The first chapter systematically generalized the research questions, research significance, methods, contents, research reviews, relevant concepts and theories. The second chapter briefly described the meaning and features of the six cities’ recreationalization. The third chapter constructed an index system to evaluate the leisure quality of Tokyo, Seoul, Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing and Shanghai. The fourth chapter is based on the index system, and evaluates the qualities of six cities’ leisure trend between the year of 2009 and 2013. The author figured out the basic trends and analyzed it. In the final chapter, the author proposed suggestions and expectations for the optimization development for the recreationalization of China.This paper mainly uses the following three methods:first is the literature methodology; second is quantitative analysis which is based on the index system and evaluates the qualities of six cities’leisure trend between the year of 2009 and 2013. Third is comparative analysis which evaluating the different quality of city’s leisure from the horizontal and vertical angels.Finally, this research draws to the following conclusions:domestic and foreign cities’ recreationalization is also in a rising trend as a whole. The differences between each city are obvious, but the gap is narrowing all the time and there is much room for recreational development in China.
