Social insurance of Bayannur City has made great achievements, after nearly 30 years of development,organization and management of social insurance have also been considerably developed. By the end of 2015, endowment insurance, medical insurance, work-related injury insurance and maternity insurance cover the population of8.533 million,11.47 million,15.18 and 14.8 million. Four social insurance fond cumulative accumulated 162719 million yuan.Social insurance is a long-term daily work which has many tings to do. Large volume. It is related to the vital interests of the insured. We insurance agencies,perform the internal control work to ensure the security of fund and orderly development of social insurance it is also closely related to the insured and agency staff. With the "Interim measures for the internal control of social insurance agency" in 2007, the work of internal control institutions receive more and more attention, over the years, Bayannur city has taken certain measures to gradually establish and perfect the internal control mechanism, malignant events of loss of fund did not happen. However, behind achievements, to varying there is weakness for example,weak awareness of safety supervision, degrees, lack of regulations, lagged management and so on.The internal control work is still in the primary stage of development, the systemic design and the related theoretical research is still not standardized.In this paper, through the study of internal control work on social insurance agency in Bayannur, the writer tries to establish an internal control system which is of highly efficient, scientific management, effective supervision and integrated inspection and evaluation system.In the structure, this article focuses on the actual work of Bayannur City social insurance agencies at present and analyse the social insurance agencies’spots and existing personnel problem on shortage,limited financial expenditure,low informatization level, inadequate organizational structure, file management lag, as well as the reason for the problems from the macro and micro aspects.The writer also put up with some countermeasures and suggestions on how to perfect social insurance agency’s internal control work in Bayannur to rebuild the new pattern of internal control work.
