Research On The Functions Of Local Government In Green Industrial Development Of Inner Mongolia

Green industrial development is not only the internal requirement of sustainable development, but also an inevitable strategic choice to combat climate change. Green industry is not only the internal requirement of sustainable development, but also an inevitable strategic choice to combat climate change. In the process of green industry development, there must be a participation of government, enterprises, intermediary organizations and consumers. Given their position in the development of green industry, they play a different role. This paper argues that the government as the main macro-control, is the key role to realize the green industry development. Studying the function of the local government in the implementation of green industrial development, not only has important theoretical value, but also has major practical significance.This paper,taking Inner Mongolia as an example, through in-depth study of local government function in the development of green industry, including the present situation, the achievement, the deficiencies, the reasons, explore the government function and role positioning in green industrial development, and based on it put forward the countermeasures to promote the development of green industry.This article research has great economic and social significance in view of the irrational industrial structure and resources-based industry of the Inner Mongolia industrial economy. It will accelerate the process of new-type industrialization, the transformation of the pattern of economic development, in the industrial operation of the whole process reduce consumption of energy resources and the pollutant emission, improve the comprehensive utilization of resource, providing new perspective and idea for the realization of Inner Mongolia Industrial green, low-carbon and sustainable development.
