Recently, with the development of technology, airborne remote sensing is becoming more and more important in economics, politics, military, science, society and information construction. It is essential and urgent to enhance the quality control of the airborne remote sensing sensor. With decades of quality management in airborne remote sensing industry, a systematic and total management mode has been established. However, because of long term planned economy habit, quality management concept is fall more behind. The quality managements of developing processing of airborne remote sensing sensor are still mostly on the layer of theory or style. There are a lot of drawbacks of quality management system in the airborne remote sensing enterprise. On this background, precision management as modern and scientific conception has already been used. It has played a vital role in all kinds of modern large scale enterprises.Under the reference of fine management theory and successful cases, the condition of deepen total quality management, critical factors of successful conduction of fine management on space program has thoroughly analyzed. With the self-characteristics and current management status, how to conduct overall fine management and airborne quality management is studied from the staffs, organization structure, regulations, method, price, etc.. Considering for the real working experience of mine, an implementation of overall fine management of quality management for an airborne remote sensing payload is conducted in A institute. The implementing problems and results are detailed described and analyzed in this thesis.The results show that, the introduction of precision management in the aerial remote sensing sensor development is proven to be a big success. Quality management system has already played an important role. Based on the scientific conception of fine management, making scientific, specific, and feasible regulations, improving ideology, establishing effective motivation system, developing collective Intelligence, enhancing quality supervision and control, are essential factor for competitiveness gathering, economic benefit improvement to realize long term development in incentive market competition.
