Study On Soft Power Of Chinese Construction Enterprises In The Process Of Internationalization From The Perspective Of Stakeholders

With the continuous improvement of the internationalization of construction enterprises in China, the construction of soft power has become an important issue facing the enterprises. This paper attempts to study on soft power of Chinese construction enterprises in the process of internationalization from the perspective of stakeholders, and establish the evaluation system aimed at it, to find out weak links in the process of the soft power’s construction of construction enterprises in our country, and then realize the matching and complementary of soft power and hard power of construction enterprises in China.In this paper, the author integrated use the methods of literature research, induction and comparison, system analysis, hierarchical analysis, expert investigation, empirical research, case studies, and so on. According to the environment that our country’s construction enterprises are facing, this paper researched on the connotation, formation process and construction path of construction enterprises’soft power in China.The main contents of this paper are as follows:defining the soft power of Chinese construction enterprises in the process of internationalization, which just is attracting the stakeholders’value identification, and based on the assumption of rational economic man, indicating that the value identity of stakeholders is reflected in the satisfaction degree of interest demand; summing up the operation mechanism and construction direction of the soft power of construction enterprises in China; from the perspective of stakeholders’value identity, analyzing and summarizing the evaluation elements of the construction enterprises’soft power in our country, and then setting up the evaluation system of it, including 44 evaluation indexes, and determining both the index weight and evaluation method of each index; finally, according to the evaluation results of China Railway Construction International Group Limited and the experience of international famous contractors, putting forward our own construction strategies.
