With the rapid development of online shopping market, J company as the largest B2C e-commerce enterprise in china is also ushered in high-speed development stage, but with the increasing demand orders and intense peer competition, J company wants to improve the frequency of distribution so as to relieve the distribution pressure and improve consumer shopping experience, enable it can achieve a better long-term development. But the changes in distribution frequency will lead to changes in related distribution costs and the utilization of distribution resources, it is what we precisely focus in this study.Firstly, this paper analyzed related research results and methods introduction in the field of logistics, distribution costs, the utilization of distribution resource and system dynamics so that we can master existing research results, trends, and related methods in these areas.It is in order to pave the way for the following research.Secondly, based on the analysis of the really distribution system of J company to build a system dynamics model. According to the research objectives and the relationship between factors, the whole distribution system is divided into sorting, transportation and terminal distribution as the specific analysis of causal feedback. Sorting out correlation equations and data involved in the model, then and verify the effectiveness of the model.Then through the simulation, respectively from the total costs, sorting costs, transportation costs, terminal distribution costs to study the relationship between demand orders and distribution frequency of J company and distribution costs, from the utilization of transport vehicle, site area and distribution staff to study the relationship between demand orders and distribution frequency of J company and the utilization of distribution resources.Finally, according to the results of relationship analysis, put forward some suggestions in distribution frequency, transport sectors and terminal distribution sectors in order to enable it can effectively respond to the impact made by changes of the volume of demand orders and distribution frequency with lower distribution costs and higher utilization of distribution resources.
