China’s Rail Transportation Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises International Competitiveness

In recent years, the world is entering a new round of wave of high-speed rail construction. Up to now, China’s high-speed railway operating mileage has reached 16,000 kilometers, accounting for more than 60% of the world.2020, the world’s high-speed railway total mileage will reach 50,000 km. Then, on a global scale we will have more than $1.1 trillion of direct investment in high-speed rail. Faced with such a huge international market, China’s high-speed rail ushered in a rare opportunity. As China’s high-end equipment industry "going out" on behalf of, and with the implementation of the "one belt, one road" strategy, these changes to China’s rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry had a significant impact. At the same time, China’s rail transportation equipment manufacturing enterprises international sales ratio is low, enter the international market in the process, still faces many challenges. In this paper, enhance the technological level, training of specialized personnel, and fostering international brands, innovative financing and other aspects to further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and recommend measures.
