In the 21 st century, companies should not only focus on product innovation and market share in the development process, but also focus on its own human capital which can create economic benefits for enterprises. Talents which have become an absolute force in enhancing enterprises’ competitiveness, play a very important role in the development of enterprises. So, the main contents of this paper include how to dig and use human capital value, how to find problems during pricing enterprises’ human capital, what issues exist in the presence of human capital pricing mechanism, and how to price and mange employees more efficiently.I build the enterprise human capital pricing models through research, analysis, comparison and refining of the relevant literature results on enterprise human capital pricing. Then, I establish H enterprise’s primary and secondary evaluation index system of human capital pricing on the basic of applying theories and models of data envelopment analysis, combining with industry characteristics, organizational management features of this company and survey results on employee satisfaction. Based on the above, I select nine departments and eighteen positions as the evaluation unit which can cover the whole work and function contents of this company,and give the appropriate value of the secondary index value. Meanwhile, I can get the primary index of the company’s human capital pricing evaluation by using the method of gray association analysis to calculate correlation degree and right weight of secondary indicators. I also evaluate and research the rationalization and effectiveness of H enterprise’s human capital pricing from both quantitative and qualitative dimensions by using Deap2.1 software platform to calculate the primary index data of H company’s DEA cases.In summary, according to the evaluation research results, some disadvantages and problems existing in H enterprise’s human capital pricing, salary incentive and organization management, I give some improvement and optimization countermeasures in theory and practice, establish mechanism of enterprise Human Capital Pricing- incentives and the operating mode of based on optimal allocation of the human capital. These measures will improve the human capital pricing model suitable for enterprise own and play the value of enterprise human capital, improve the overall efficiency of enterprise.
