Study On The Strategy Of Improving The Leadership Of Yihui Management Team

As a world famous pharmaceutical company which has a high market share, Qihui pharmaceutical industry is also in the face of the fierce competition in the enviroment of industry technology rapidly changing. Qihui pharmaceutical industry expect to integrate the internal resources, enhance the leadership of the management team and maintain the enterprise competitiveness. Starting from the actual situation of qihui pharmaceutical industry, this article establish targeted analysis model of leadership promoting from the point of view of the management team, to determine the influence factors of the management team leadership, and using questionnaire and SPSS empirical research method to confirm the influence degree of various factors on the leadership. Furthermore, based on this, this article put forward for improving the management advice of management team leadership of qihui pharmaceutical industry, including the establishment of team cohesiveness, the working environment in which team members help each other, and providing study support and job feedback. These suggestions can not only promote the research conclusion maneuverability, but also provide the actual support for the enterprise application.
