With the development of China's economy, private enterprises gradually grow as an important part of the national economy. How to improve the team effectiveness and how to enhance the competitiveness has become the management researching task of the private enterprises. The team effectiveness is the key point to improve the company competitiveness. Studies proved that the behavior of the leadership has remarkable relevance with the team effectiveness. The behavior of the team leadership is one key factor which affecting the team's performance.This paper is theoretically reporting the influence to the team performance brought by the behavior of the team leadership; scientifically defining the concept and connotation of the enterprise leadership behavior with the leadership effectiveness theory, leadership theory and team effectiveness theory.This paper is using an example of SH company which is a rapidly growing FMCG private enterprise, to analyze its facing problems and the different performance between teams according to the different behavior between team leaderships through the case study method; Analyzing the effectiveness between different team leaderships with the combination of qualitative and quantitative, subjective and objective, to find the relationship between the team leadership and team effectiveness; Making an intensive study and analysis of the problem and reason of the rapidly growing private enterprise, to find an effective way to improve the team effectiveness and the style of leadership, finally, to promote the development of the whole organization.Finally, the above related analysis shows that transformational leadership has a higher influence towards team effectiveness than that of transactional Leadership under the circumstance of rapidly growing enterprises. There for, suggests for improving the behavior of the team leadership of SH company has been made on the basis of this discovery, to find solutions for the problems and set an example of improving the leadership behavior for the high-speed developing private enterprises.
