Research On HY Company Growth Assessment And Its Countermeasures

Companies are the leading organizations in the national economy, and companies’ operation decides the country’s economic development prospects. The company’s growth is the ability to operate and develop sustainably in the future. By the assessment of the company’s growth, the company’s managers can understand the company’s business situation and make a reasonable development plans; investors can also use the evaluation results to determine the investment value of the company and make investment decisions. Nowadays, scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the growth factors of enterprises, However, in practical application of the assessment of business growth are rare.This paper build the company’s growth evaluation system for HY company, a high-tech enterprises, by the study of theory. And using the system to assess HY company’s growth, analysis factors that limit its development, and assess its ability of future development as well as to make suggestions for the company. The paper concludes that:a comprehensive analysis of the use of growth factors, growth assessment system to build the enterprise growth assessment is scientific and feasible. It helps to make a comprehensive evaluation for the enterprise, and then providing investors and managers with decision-making bases.
