Patterns And Effects Analysis Of SME CLO

SMEs is an important force to promote economic and social development and plays a key role to improve employment and social stability, increase tax revenue, technological progress, optimize the economic structure and other aspects. However, the SME financing problem has not been resolved for a long time. At the same time, China’s small and medium sized banks in order to cope with the impact of the interest rate market, have accelerated the transition, promoted the intermediate business vigorously, targeted small and medium customers and sought the development of differentiation. In this context, the research of SME CLO will offer an innovative way for SMEs and banks to achieve a win-win.Firstly, the concept of SME CLO has been defined, the desired selected case study sample group has been achieved by issuing instructions and the development status and characteristics of SME CLO have been discribed by a simple statistical analysis; Next, use case analysis method to analyze the static cash flow model of SME CLO, propose model innovations and shortages, and use quantitative models and case method of combining data, visually display the effects of SME CLO; Finally, through the case analysis and comparative analysis of Spanish FTPYME project model, Germany PROMISE platform model and the American model cycle CLO, we make some advices on the further development of SME CLO.
