Research On Improvement Of ZBXD Pharmaceutical Company Production System Based On Lean Production

In view of this, this paper took the ZBXD pharmaceutical company as the research object, from the perspective of lean production, researched into the problems in the production system, obtained the following research results:First, on the basis of the lean production theory, the paper took ZBXD pharmaceutical company production system as the research object, and announced systematically the problems in the production system.Second, combining with the production and operation situation of ZBXD pharmaceutical enterprise, using the lean concept, the paper in-depth and systematically analyzed the company’s problems in many aspects of the production mode, production and logistics management, site management etc.Third, applying lean thinking, combining with the particularity of pharmaceutical production systems, the paper proposed change production methods, and established a pull production model-driven information flow system for lean production site improvements and other measures, and ultimately made ZBXD pharmaceutical company’s existing production systems the feed solution.Pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise has a unique production process, the success of lean production in the pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprise application case also is less, production system with ZBXD pharmaceutical company as an example, study the implementation of the lean production, to perfect the theory of lean production, expand the application range of the lean production theory has a certain practical significance.
