An Empirical Study On The Relationship Between The Innovation Ability And The Performance Of The Listing Corporation In Shanxi Province

The economy of our country is entering a new era, enterprises need to think about questions of the future development and positioning. After studying the relevant literature, scholars in the West and China have provided relevant advice. The advice is that enterprises can influence the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises by enhancing the innovation ability, and then affect the performance of enterprises.Shanxi Province has been developing in the coal industry and heavy chemical industry for economic development orientation, but after the financial crisis, the world economy just in a condition of adjusting in the depth, China’s domestic form has also undergone great changes, the domestic economic slowdown, the pressure of the economic downturn become more and more, the industrial structure transformation should be conducted, traditional industries have been seriously affected, and then Shanxi’s economy has greatly affected. In order to break away from this predicament, the only way is to upgrade traditional industries, The key to achieve this goal is to innovate, the development of knowledge economy, take the road of sustainable development, and finally promote the increase of economic benefit.The listing Corporation of Shanxi province are all good in operating, capital operation and have good economic benefits. In this paper, we will have a research about 15 Shanxi’s listing corporation in term of their innovation ability by using relevant data in recent five years. Try to find out the relationship between the innovation ability of the enterprise and enterprise’s performance, then provide some suggestions to the development of company in Shanxi province.Based on the analysis of the relevant literature, I will give definition to the innovation ability of the enterprise and enterprise performance, then evaluate and analyze the enterprise innovation ability, by constructing the evaluation index system of innovation ability of Shanxi listing Corporation, according to the 12 indexes of 15 listing Corporation, the innovation ability score will be calculated, according to the principal component analysis method to classify the index, we come up four principal component factors, with regression analysis and enterprise performance. According to the results of the analysis of Shanxi province listing Corporation, we will give some advice to improve the innovation ability.The last part of this paper is the shortage of the study and direction of future development proposals.
