The Research Of Audit Quality Control System

The paper takes LiXin Accounting Firm as an example, through studying LiXin’s audit quality control system, analyzing main problems of LiXin’s audit quality control system and putting forward suggestions of LiXin’s audit quality control system, and finally makes research of our country’s audit quality control system.The paper mainly uses investigation method, interview method and literature analysis method. Firstly collect related data of LiXin, and then search or read relevant data or documents on the website.Although LiXin ranking first and being regarded as the large scale accounting firm within the industry, Li Xin’s audit quality is not optimistic. Such as Nanjing North Case in March 2010 and Tianjiang Case in December 2009. Through the analysis, the problems of LiXin’s audit quality control system are as follows: In terms of professional controlling, lacking independence and lacking awareness of nonsignificant risk; In human resources management, assessment is not timely and training method is not applicable; In the process quality control, risk assessment becomes formality, profession of team is insufficiency and the review does not work as well as personnel has not matched.Against the above, this paper puts forward suggestions. In terms of professional controlling, establish the civil liability to pay compensation and to enhance the independence of certified public accountants, meanwhile adjust training methods to improve the team’s awareness of nonsignificant risk; In human resources management, establish training system; In the process quality control, give more rights to independent audit quality control reviewers, meanwhile adjust risk assessment mechanism to coordinate staff’s income distribution.
