Research On Audit Quality Control Of Accounting Firms

In recent years,Accounting firms are undergoing fierce market competition.Listed company financial fraud scandals have also burst out several times.Many factors affecting audit quality control,coupled with the insufficiency of attention,have made people more vulnerable to audits.The credibility of quality has been questioned,and the credibility of the audit industry has also brought great challenges.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the audit quality of accounting firms.This article mainly adopts the method of case study.Based on summarizing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on audit quality,the first auditor of Suntek Electric Co.,Ltd.who was forced to withdraw from the market due to fraud was selected as the research object.China Certified Public Accountants conducts research on the audit quality.By analyzing the current opportunities and challenges faced by the auditing industry,the demand supply theory of auditing and the relationship between audit supply and demand,the necessity of audit quality control is revealed.Taking into account the special nature of audit services and the characteristics of audit quality,this paper draws on the balanced scorecard approach to construct an evaluation index system for audit quality and refines a number of evaluation indicators,attempting to stand on a strategic level and carry out multi-level comprehensiveness Evaluation.Then,according to the audit quality evaluation index table,we evaluated the audit quality of Beijing Xinghua Certified Public Accountants,and analyzed why the accounting firm and its related auditors failed to exert their proper supervisory role.What factors affect the quality of the audit and the quality of the audit? s reason.Based on the foregoing analysis,this article summarizes the issue of audit quality control and puts forward relevant recommendations for audit quality assessment and control.
