The Study On The Influence That "Green Barriers To Trade" Has On The Competitiveness Of Chinese Exporting Industry And The Reaction

In the era of economic globalization,with the growth of people’s safety and health knowledge as well as the awareness of environmental protection,nowadays international trade developed countries begin to hinder the international trade by the form of green barrier,China is one of the developing countries which often encounters the green barrier. This article from the unequal trade theory of marxism to analyze the causes of the green barriers and its essence,to prospect the development trend of the green barrier,from two aspects of the positive and negative aspects of the green barrier of Chinese export industry has brought and is on the impact of in the future,from the macro international,medium government and micro enterprise three aspects put forward the coping strategies.The first chapter is the introduction part of this article,to make a comprehensive and brief introduction about the selected topic background and research significance,the related problems of domestic and foreign research present situation,the research methods and innovation points of this article.The second chapter illustrates the marxism theory of international trade and the connotation industry competition theory.The marxism theory of international trade reveals the international division of labor is the material basis of the international trade,the world market is the inevitable result of capital expansion,and the international law of value is the operation rule of international trade,the essence of the free trade of capitalism is the freedom of capital,the protection of the tariff policy is a means to protect the economic interests of the bourgeoisie. Industry competition theory of marxism reveals the dual role of industry competition.On the one hand,industry competition promotes the productivity development and social progress;On the other hand,industrial competition also leads to the alienation of production and ecological crisis.And then pointed out the marxism theoretical enlightenment to the development of the socialist market economy on the basis of the above theoretical interpretation,China should develop the open economy actively,establish Chinese competitive position in the international economy;Should strive to improve the environmental awareness,to promote technological progress of enterprise and industrial upgrading.The third chapter analyzes the direct cause the root cause and the important reason of the green barrier at first,and prospects the development trend of the green barrier.Then,the forms and characteristics of green barrier are introduced. At last,analyzes China currently has and still has great potential compete in the future for a period of time of strong competitive industry,such as steel,automobiles,ships,machine tools,etc.China has a large market share,but now is losing the comparative advantages of traditional industries,such as clothing accessories,communications equipment,textile products and so on.The fourth chapter analyzes the dual influence of green barrier on Chinese export industry competitiveness by using the position,viewpoint and method of Marx doctrine. This chapter thinks that the green barrier has a negative impact on Chinese export industry,reduce the export industry economic benefit,weaken Chinese export industry competitiveness and the influence bilateral or multilateral trade relations. Green barrier also brought development opportunities for Chinese export industry,it is beneficial to cultivate the first-mover advantage,to promote industrial upgrading and create market opportunities,etc,at the same time.The fifth chapter from the macro,meso and micro three aspects putting forward the countermeasures of the barriers of Chinese export industry.From the macro international level,must intensive study the international green regulations,standards and certification system,adjust the pattern of foreign trade to reduce trade friction,strengthen international exchanges and cooperation. From the medium government level,it must strengthen the green legislation to reduce green barriers limit,vigorously support the environmental protection industry,and cultivate the growth of green trade intermediary organizations. From the micro enterprise level,must implement the green marketing strategy, efforts to obtain standardized certification,cultivate the Inter-disciplinary talents of foreign trade.
