This situation has brought broad prospects for the development of railway. At the same time, with the improvement of material and cultural life, people have not only satisfied with the "go" but "going well". The general demand of rail services quality, especially in the passenger travel environment,is higher and higher.Harbin Railway Passenger section is a business of railway transportation. It services about fifty million passengers every year. The task of passenger transport is more and more heavy and the service requirements are higher and higher. The company needs to do some optimization and adjustment in its internal production and labor organizations. Spare parts, such as the bedding on the railway passenger train curtain is one of the most important facilities in vehicles, in the daily used, they get close and directly serving the passengers, so the bedding supplies quality and cleanliness is an important aspect of evaluating railway passengers hardware facilities.Based on the above situation, strength the management of passenger coach lie on a product is very necessary.Based on field survey and researches, this paper describes the current washing operation process of Harbin Railway Passenger section. Taking field management theory as the theoretical background and lean production as the basic idea, this paper analyzes the problems of washing operation process of Harbin Railway Passenger section such as the inappropriate layout, informal production organization and thelow labor activity as well as their reasons. The directions and models of improving the operation management of washing operation are analyzed bycombining the practical situation of washing operation of Harbin Railway Passenger section. Based on the equipment distribution and the procedure of washing, the equipment are re-distributed to achieve the proper layout, to construct the operational management model and to perfect and organization operation system. It not only provides theoretical basis for improving washing operation but also realizes the purposes of improving management environment, promoting washing efficiency and reducing operation cost.This article includes four part, The first chapter introduce background and significance of this study, giving the main content and technical method. This chapter also introduced literature review and theoretical basis about this study. In the second chapter, this paper expounds the production status of washing workshop, pointing the problems existing in the production process. In the third chapter, basing on the existing problems, the study put forward optimization objectives and principles, and optimized respectively in this paper. In the fourth chapter, according to the optimized scheme evaluation on the technological process and the assembly structure, this paper expounds the optimized reflects the progress. At last, we draw the conclusion of this paper basing on the content above.
