Water is work out measures to suit local conditions. The Business management is constantly changing along with the world changing. Kurt Lewin, German-American organization managers, put forward enterprise organization change on 1940 s. He also put forward the "unfreeze- change- refreeze" trilogy of the organizational change for the first time. Lewin’s change model laid the foundation of organizational change theory research. It is nearly 70 years since Lewin’s change model has being proposed, many management masters have unceasing inherited and developed this theory. Now there are more and more studies on organizational change theory at home and abroad and these theories have been more and more applications.China is a manufacturing power, but the development history of Chinese companies is relatively short compared with those in developed countries. Since the 21 st century, more and more multinational companies come and invest into China under the background of Chinese policy of introduction of foreign capitals. These companies owned advanced technology and management mode, make full use of China’s low-cost labor resources and preferential tax policies, they create a lot of employment and development opportunities for China. Along with modern management mode in combination with Chinese culture gradually, many companies and factories with Chinese characteristics have been formed. Many researchers and managers are in the research and investigation of the domestic companies, they are mostly from the perspective of academic or professional managers to do the research. But according to the research shows that there is close relationship between the success of organizational change and grass-roots staffs, so it is helpful to do the research from the perspective of the impact of grass-roots staff’s on organizational change. In this thesis, take one test workshop of an American individual proprietorship SCM as the research object, it is described in details of the completion of the workshop and the development of the important changes in the last 5 years. Then from the perspective of a grass-roots manager, it is analysis the implementation of organizational change of SCM company test workshop, and analysis and study on the resistance of organizational change, motivation and evaluation. According to the model of "unfreeze- change- refreeze", this thesis respectively analysis and summarize those change of testing workshop, such as personnel, organizational structure and information management system. After reviewing and summarizing the previous change history, this thesis put forward the direction of change of test workshop in future, and some suggestions to solve the main problems of test workshop.This thesis reviews the theory of organizational change, and also summarizes and prospects the SCM test workshop of a series of change. It is hope that this thesis can provide some references for Chinese companies’ department change.
