With the rapid development of China’s economy and science and technology, mobile communication has been developed rapidly. In recent years, the Guangyuan Mobile Corporation operating results also showed a rapid growth trend, in which a large part is due to the 3G business market. 3G business marketing as a systematic and complex project, to bring the benefits of Guangyuan mobile is considerable. However, with the listing of the 4G business, 3G is no longer the protagonist of mobile communications. With the integration of new technologies, mobile communication has once again entered a new development space. However, how to improve the management efficiency of 4G marketing in the complicated communication market is a problem that the current domestic mobile operators have been paid much attention to. Therefore, it is very necessary to study and analyze the management of mobile 4G marketing project.This paper first reviews the development of mobile 3G, followed by the research background of the project management theory to the entire 4G marketing research. Project management is a systematic and effective management method, which has the characteristics of temporary and flexible organization, and it pays attention to comprehensive management and objective management. So more and more attention of the modern enterprise, and began to apply to the non- Project- oriented enterprises. From a certain degree, taking project management is not only the need of the mobile 4G business, but also the innovation mode of communication enterprise management.At present, project management and not widely used in telecommunication industry marketing, both at home and abroad for 4G marketing project management research is also relatively small. Therefore, this paper uses the literature review method, theoretical analysis method, field survey, field interviews method and case study method to launch the research. In the construction of the main body of this paper, first of all, from the political environment, economic environment, social environment and technical environment of the marketing environment of China Mobile 4G were PEST analysis, secondly from the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the angle of 4G mobile marketing environment of SWOT analysis. Furthermore, from the macro market environment, consumers and competitors’ angle analysis the Guangyuan mobile local market conditions. Finally, in view of the Guangyuan mobile 4G project management launched a thorough research, mainly from the implementation of the project management needs, the project management problems, and put forward the suggestions. Therefore, the research of this paper provides a new management mode for Guangyuan mobile 4G marketing. For Guangyuan mobile 4G marketing work to systematic, specific, high efficiency has a very positive meaning.In other words, the arrival of the 4G era to the communication service brought new challenges and opportunities, in the 4G mobile using the project management mode will also open up the new situation of the development of the communications industry, this paper aims to promote the 4G mobile marketing to achieve further development.
