Study On Urbanization Development Quality Of Sichuan Province

Since the implementation of the Western Development Strategy, Sichuan Province entered a period of rapid development and the level of urbanization increased significantly.When the contradictions and problems that exist at the same time, the rapid urbanization process is also very prominent and the need to enhance the quality of urbanization development is urgent.In this context, to improve the quality of urbanization development has become an important topic of the new urbanization of Sichuan Province.In order to promote the healthy development of the city, it need to be studied in theory, and analyzed and summarized in practice.This paper first reviews and summarizes the connotation of urbanization at home and abroad, the connotation of the quality of urbanization and urbanization quality evaluation that has been researched.According to development of the actual situation of Sichuan province and the existing theoretical results, this paper will set up a comprehensive evaluation of the quality index system that mainly includes 5 first level indexes and 27 two level indexes.By using factor analysis, it studies the quality of city development of Sichuan Province in the past ten years the city state by temporal and spatial evolution of the contribution rate and the contribution of the elastic element.Studies have shown that the quality of urban agglomeration of Chengdu Plain and South Sichuan is higher than of Northeast Sichuan and Panxi region and the quality of economic development, urban infrastructure and other elements play the most obvious the role of promoting the level of urbanization in Sichuan Province.On this foundation, it has carried on the analysis to the existence of Sichuan Province, the urbanization quality problems and restricting factors.The typical cases selected by urban studies at home and abroad for providing inspiration and countermeasures of the study of Sichuan Province urbanization.
