An area of the urbanization development condition is not only from the historical to analysis, but also from the economic background importantly, therefore, an area of the economic level is closely related to economic development level considerably, economic affects urbanization process, and the urbanization caused the main driving force to promote economic development. Take Sichuan Province as an example, it firstly proved that there is really certain interactive relationship through to evaluating its urbanization and the region economy coordinated degrees and analyzing the relationship between them. Then choose the urbanization level indicator through the provincial (state) in the Sichuan Province, such as per capita GDP growth, the non-agricultural population density, the finished area indexes, to analysis the specific impact of the regional economic development. Through the regression model (UMS model) ,to research on the different urbanization factors on the regional economic development, and then choose scientific scale of each city development. So making Sichuan Province urbanization and economic development prove correspond, strengthening industrial structure adjustment and promoting coordinated development between urban and rural areas, making national can get more affordable in the urbanization process. Conclusion:(1) The urbanization and regional economic development has closed relationship, economic development level considerably affects urbanization process, and the externality economy caused by urbanization can promote the development of economy, they are the driving of the relationship.(2) The urbanization will be counterproductive for economic development, urbanization will promote the growth of urbanization, but improper urbanization would have the opposite effect. If they can promote each other and maintain certain coordinated relationship, there will work together to promote the whole society development.(3) From 1999 to 2008 Sichuan's economic development and the urbanization level are on the rise in this ten years, and the relationship between them from not adapt to adapt.(4) The non-agricultural population scale unceasingly gathered to cities is not appropriate, it may become the bottleneck of the city's economic development and the urban environment will appear negative effect.(5) The development of the city will improve the urban property as urban area expands, and to improve its competitiveness and play city itself, while the finished area of city is too small to restrict economic development.(6) Fixed investment in Sichuan Province is disparity and the economic level's difference is big.
