Research On Think Tanks’ Participation In The Public Policy Formulation

Since 1978, China’s economy has entered a comprehensive social restructuring. With the addition of the market economy and the establishment of development, the interests of the general public also will be the awakening of consciousness, the demands of diverse interests of society gradually formed; therefore, re-integration of social change and social benefits of environmental policy requires public must be able to reflect people demand. Meanwhile, the government’s decision management system is difficult to play its role in an increasingly complex environment of public administration under. Therefore, to achieve a comprehensive public administration activities, professional, strategic technology and improve the quality and level of public policy, we need a comprehensive external borrowing intellectual society different scholars, experts and advisory bodies and the like.As a government think-tank significant external intelligence organization, whose main objective is the study of public policy, improved policies and influence government decisions. Present in public policy-making think tank did not play its due role in the process of further research think tank to participate in public policy-making is necessary to analyze the process of making public policy think tank involved in issues that arise, seeking to promote participation in public policy development think tank way, in order to facilitate full play an active role in think tanks, public policy to achieve scientific and democratic.This article consists of five parts.
