In recent years, the Global Cruise Market Center is gradually shifting to East Asia. The foreign cruise companies have been entering the Chinese market. China’s cruise market is in a rapid development stage, the number of cruise tourists is increasing rapidly every year. And the cruise industry will become the new economic growth point and new breakthrough in industrial structure adjustment. So some governments of Coastal cities attache importance to the development of cruise economy, and set off the building boom Cruise Terminal. However, China’s cruise business performance is uneven at present. By 2014, only Shanghai Wusong International Cruise Terminal profit. At present, China’s cruise terminals focus on the scale of infrastructures; seldom actually consider the service function and the actual value of service to tourists.This paper mainly tries to solve the following four aspects. Firstly, what the meaning and significance of the value of the cruise homeport service is. Second, how do tourists perceive the services value of cruise homeport measure to.Firdly, how do the evaluation system of tourists perception cruise port service value service construct. Fourthly, what the problem of service value analysis is and how does it optimize to.In concrete research, firstly, the author analyzes the theory of the cruise economy, the value of the scenic spot, the customer value and the customer value, and explore the meaning and structure of the services value, than try to define to the dimension of it, the meaning and structure of the value of the service value of the cruise port are explored, and the perception dimension of the value of the cruise service is defined, and explore each dimension reflects the subjective perception and evaluation angle of the tourists based on the theory so that pave a way for the establishment of evaluation index system of service value for the Wusong International Cruise Terminal in next part.Secondly, to sum up and analyze the theoretical system and method of the evaluation of the tourists’ perceived service value, construct the theoretical modeling thesis, present assumption based on the theoretical research. Thirdly, to analyse and extract the methods and research tools for this article based on study from the front part in order to do the empirical research on Wusong International Cruise Terminal. Fourthly, to analysis of reliability and validity of sample data by SPSS20.0 and AMSO21.0, than verify the assumption is established whether nor by Unitary Regression Method. Finally, to explore the problems tourists’ service of WSICT by mining the data structure of WSICT’s evaluation of services value, than propose targeted and predictive optimization tips. And author gives a brief assessment and prospects about academic and research limitations of this paper.
