In recent years, with the rapid economic development, improved national quality and promotion of social network, enterprise executives now have a higher level in exposure. The reputation has become an important assessment logo of companies and executives which came into the public view. The reputation of executives is not a new concept, but in the current it’s a new problem. This makes scholars regard reputation as a full of the phenomenon and question in our times, with a wide range of exploration and research, and seek to establish a sound incentive and restraint mechanism.Currently the research of Chinese executive reputation management theory is in the ascendant, related research especially quantitative study is still lack of plaque, and the existing research is also a lack of theoretical depth and practical effect. So, how to improve the quality of the executive team, to provide the basis for the selection and evaluation of executives has become a common concern of the problem.Through the depth interview method, we contact with nearly 30 executives in Shandong, Beijing and other places, and try to know how they describe and cognize their reputation. Then the interview data were highly refined, we analyzed the executive reputation evaluation of the underlying index, established the index weight of the reputation evaluation system for them, and finally obtained evaluation model according to related indicators and the weights of complete executive reputation.At the same time, we summarized the career cycle of management between executives, and then divided the cycle into three stages:familiarity and adaptation period, development and promotion period, adjustment and correction period, and joined the dynamic characteristics. We established different reputation evaluation models for different periods respectively, so that the evaluation of the capital of the executive reputation can be more systematic, three-dimensional. The evaluation of the capital of the executive reputation is for the practical service, and then this paper took a CEO as an example to illustrate the operation mechanism, application process of the model and the notice.Finally, combined with the research of this paper, we prospected the future research of the capital of executive reputation, and the shortcomings of this study are summarized.
