With the rapid development of network technology and mobile communication technology, Internet finance is entering a blowout-development period, and the healthy and orderly development of Internet finance is important to the development of the economy of our country and even the world. In recent years, Internet finance models in our country, such as the third party payment, P2P lending and crowd-funding, have experienced a leap-forward development. To a certain extent, internet finance has threatened the development of Chinese traditional financial industry, but its strong development also stimulates the innovation of traditional financial industry in our country.As a new type of financial markets,the Internet finance realizes financing, payment and information medium service by using Internet tools(such as cloud computing and search engines)and Information and communication technologies (such as social contact and app), which has the characteristics of low cost, high efficiency, timeliness, wide coverage and weak management,etc. The convenient of the Internet finance has inspired the birth of a large number of Internet finance enterprises, but the regulation of internet finance is not perfect because of being in the initial stage, which provides the majority of criminals with the opportunities to make money laundering activities.By summarizing the current development situation of the Internet finance and the difficulties of the Internet finance anti-money laundering, this paper, on the basis of economic cost analysis, discusses the anti-money laundering regulation of Internet finance by researching P2P network lending platform which is regarded as the represent of Internet finance. And then, this paper analyses the relationship of different P2P network lending platforms, the relationship of P2P network lending platform and money launderers, and the relationship of traditional financial institutions and money launderers by using three game methods including the complete information static game, the incomplete information static game and the incomplete information dynamic game. Next based on the comparison of P2P network lending platform and government regulators, this paper analyzes the related factors affecting their optimal decision in order to provides theoretical basis for regulators and financial institutions and comes up with effective and targeted suggestions.In order to guide the Internet finance to develop healthily and reasonably in China, this paper, based on the game theory analysis, draws a conclusion that the Internet financial institutions and regulators should regulate the development of Internet financial market through mutual constraint and mutual influence. And the research of this paper has important practical and theoretical significance on combating the illegal activities of Internet finance money laundering and also guiding the sustainable development of Chinese Internet financial market.
