"The concept board mainly contains industrial, materials,utilities, optional consumption, energy and financial industry, and the influence of various industries and the influenced degree of the " The Belt and Road " is the current event hot spot of social attention, because the strategy of " The Belt and Road " is about Our country and the economic development of the world, and it is well-being of the people, so we put the “The Belt and Road” concept company as the research object to research the effect of the “The Belt and Road”policy on the concept of the company’s stock price fluctuations and the influence, to verify the existence of shearer model and on the basis of the result to provide referential suggestions for the government, market,investors.In this paper, " The Belt and Road ”concept company as the research object, the main contents are as follows:First of all, this paper put 58 concept of the company as the research object, select the time within 20 days before and after the proposed policy.We research the effect of the“The Belt and Road”policy on the concept of the company’s stock price and verify the existence of shearer model.Again, In this paper, we take the concept company as a sample to research the influence factors of the listed company investment yields. The paper establishes model and gets analysis from the three aspects of macro market,industry and corporate characteristics of selected variables.on the basis of the calculation of cumulative excess yield as the dependent variable, we draw conclusions about the factors influence the concept of the company’s investment rate of return.It is clearer to know policy information is the important factor to the share price volatility.Finally,according to the empirical results, this paper verifies whether the policy effect exists and guides the listing corporations and investors to make policy choices and understanding.In order to explore the impact Chinese policy, also provide referential suggestions for the government, market, investors.The purpose of this paper is to verify the existence of shearer model and enrich thedomestic research on the theory of share price volatility through research. And the research on the policy information can not only to explore the influence of national policy information, test the existence of the policy effect and would lead investors to grasp the policy and make reasonable investment strategy.
