Sales service system is one of the core architecture of insurance enterprise, is to promote transformation mechanism from the value of the insurance products to corporate profits. Insurance enterprise sales service system is not isolated, which is made up of product development, sales channels and customer service as a whole. Its main function is relying on the products, sales and service to the greatest extent of improving customer loyalty, customer value, and the operating results of the implementation of insurance business.Sales service system is to make the insurance products that according requirements of the customer and the market by specialization of risk prevention sold through appropriate sales channels, at the same time promoting the intrinsic value of the insurance products with high quality customer service. The main aim is acquiring good operating results of the insurance products. On this basis, this article made the Shandong branch of PICC as an example, elaborated the situation of sales and service system of Shandong branch of PICC combined with the internal and external factors influencing the sales and service system, and pointed out the present problem the Shandong branch of PICC, and got the strategy advice to make up for a lack of the Shandong branch of PICC.The organic combination of customer requirements and the property insurance company sales service system is a customer-oriented sales service system transformation strategy. It mainly includes: insurance products "cell", which divides risk involved in the insurance products, refined into a single product factor, makes insurance products can be realized on the basis of large data "unitary" flexible combination marketing; Sales channels "specialization", that is, according to different customer groups, to build professional sales channels, with a focus on the optimization and upgrading of direct channel and the transformation of individual agent channel; Customer service "diversity", namely, expand customer service areas, change the claims service occupy absolute proportion of single customer service model, construction of service platform meet customers personalized needs of customers, the customer service as on the basis of insurance services covering all aspects of social life and comprehensive service system, providing customers with "one-stop" services. Through the insurance product split and optimum combination, the aim is to realize the insurance product upgrade, which better adapt to the needs of customers; Through the marketing channels of professional division of labor, exploit the maximum advantage of sales channels, gain the acceptance of the target customer, improve sales ability; Through customer service innovation, the aim of strategy is that give the higher value of insurance products, further explore the customer value, create more operating results by the insurance enterprise in the end.
