| The development of internet technology has changed our life and production every day. And internet finance is one of the thing effected by internet technology. Internet finance has developed very fast since last few year, and becomes a very popular topic among government, enterprise and academics.From the perspective of the recent development of internet finance in our country, the internet finance has achieved some success and has a positive impact on economic and social development, although it has some development problems. Especially, in the rural area, because the traditional finance has few locations in Chinese rural area, this provide a very good opportunity for internet finance. And the Rural Credit Union(RCU) is the natural undertaker, and will become a very important role in rural internet finance development.The concept of “internet +”and internet finance are analyzed in the second part of the research, and related theories on internet finance development is also analyzed, including long tail theory, the platform of economic theory and big data theory.Then, the production development of RCC finance under the background of “internet +”is analyzed, including the development situation of RCC finance production and internet finance production, and the opportunities and challenges faced.The problems and causes of the development of RCC finance production under the background of “internet +”is analyzed in the next part of the research, including the normal problem of internet finance, the problem of RCC finance production and RCC internet finance production and the reason of the problems.At last, some countermeasure and suggestions are put forward in the last part of this research.Base on the theory of internet finance development, RCC internet finance is analyzed deeply in this research, and come up with some suggestions for development.
