Financial Strategy Analysis Of A Travel Company Based On Risk Warning Model

With continuous economic and national income growth in China, China’s tourism has been soaring in recent years. However, under the prosperity of tourism, there are also a series of problems exposed. In order to help these tourism enterprises get out of the trouble and help them develop healthily, I chose this subject to research. Using the financial analysis method, this article selects the appropriate financial indicators and applies the risk model to analyze the real enterprises case in order to offer appropriate corporate financial strategy and effective risk prevention planning. By studying the case, we realized this company had strong capacity of solvency, operating and profiting, but at the same time, lack of development capacity. After a further text, we found it doesn’t have the risk of bankruptcy temporarily, however, its own conditions and external environment has both advantages and disadvantages. According to the results, we make recommendations in the aspect of financial strategy, and hoping to solve their problems of financial strategy choices.
