As the main force in the workplace, new generation employees’ knowledge, skill and innovation ability has become enterprises’ precious resources. Attracting, developing and retaining high quality new generation employees will be strong competitive conditions for the development of enterprises in the future. As the first factor taken consideration for new generation employees’ demission and job selection, how to realize the employees’ professional growth becomes the key for enterprises to get competitive. As the guider for new generation employees when entering workplace, line leader has more frequent communication with them, which will have a profound impact on new generation employees’ career growth. Especially the level of interactive justice of leader affect new generation’s working motivation, learning initiative, which will be good at establishing high quality exchange relationship between the employee and his straight line leadership, thus improve employees’ professional growth on the subjective and objective. Interactive justice theory is a frontier field of organizational justice theory, especially the empirical analysis is lack relatively. This paper both enrich the study of inner relationship in theory, and provide guidance for enterprises staffs management from the perspective of reality, which has important significance for enterprises manage its new generation employees effectively.Based on the review about related theories and literature, this paper establish the theoretical model: interactive justice as the independent variable, leader-member exchange as intermediary variables and new generation staff career growth as dependent variable, put forward 18 theoretical research hypothesis. And design likert-5 review subscales questionnaire about relevant variables, it is distributed through social media such as QQ and Wechat, and received 226 valid questionnaire from Jinan, Yantai, Beijing and Tianjin four areas. Then analysis the date and test the theoretical research hypothesis. The results of the study as follows:(1)Based on the reciprocal theory, interactive justice has positive influence significantly on leader-member exchange relationship between new generation employees and them leader, and career growth include its four second-order factor(career goal progress, professional ability development, promotion and pay increase).(2)It can be drawn from the research from various dimensions: the respect and recognition, explanation and leadership style have a stronger influence on career goal progress and professional ability development than promotion and pay increase.(3)Based on the social exchange theory, the leader-member exchange has significant positive effects on new generation staff’s career growth, and play a partial intermediary role in interactive justice and career growth.
