Finance is the important support and guarantee for the development of economic and social, and rural development can’t leave the support of financial elements. The development of the rural financial service system can promote the development of rural economy. The government has been paying more attention to the "three rural issues", for more than a decade, annually introducing policies. The development of rural economy and the improvement of financial service environment meet a period of opportunity. In recent years, for promoting the rural development and increasing farmers’income, Wuhu city combines the pillar industries with the rural economy, and highlights the advantages of county industrial. As one of the cities that the economy and innovation capacity are forefront in Anhui, Wuhu introduced a series measures to support rural economy, and cultivate new rural financial institutions, to encourage rural financial institutions to innovate more financial products and services. The construction of the credit system demonstration area and the specialized rural property rights market has been promoted.From the perspective of the government functions, some aspects such as the leadership mechanism, the rural economy, credit environment, policy support and education failed to keep up, and the rural financial services have some questions, like the poor financial products and services, the lower rate of return on rural financial investment, the difficult and expensive of loan support for agriculture and so on. Improving the rural financial service is benefit to establish financial service system, and to solve the problem of rural financing difficulties. For this purpose, this paper puts forward some measures to enhance the level of rural financial services, such as the government shoud strengthen the overall cooperation mechanism of rural financial services, should enhance the capacity of rural economic and financial agglomeration, should strengthen the construction of rural financial infrastructure, should optimize the ecological environment of rural financial, and should establish a comprehensive system of rural financial supporting policy.
