Research Of Tea Industry Public Innovation Space Development In Anxi County

After the eighteenth CPC National Congress, the government takes active part in boosting innovation-driven development strategies. Entrepreneurial innovation becomes the focus of the whole society. Under the support of government’s policies, to promote popular entrepreneurship and innovation to be a new engine of economic structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading, different kinds of open integrated services platform’s public innovation space—providing low cost, facilitation and total elements for the growing of innovative enterprise and individual innovation and entrepreneurship-are springing up nationwide and making great impact upon innovation and entrepreneurship. Under the economical new normal of pushing supplier’s structural reform, public innovation space is important in mitigating overcapacity, producing new supply, and promoting industries’ upgrading.With the support of nation’s policies, Fujian Province, as a newly-developing area of public innovation space development, makes measures to push public innovation space development with the foundation of local pillar industries. In Anxi, the home of tea, due to the increasing market competition, lacking of innovation and less integrated utilization, the development of tea industry hits its bottleneck, and needs to learn from advanced experiences and strive to develop public innovation space under actual circumstance to provide new energy and momentum for tea industry’s transformation and upgrading.This paper tries to apply document analysis, comparative analysis and SWOT Diamond Model to analyze the developing status quo of home and abroad including the public innovation space of Fujian, and collate the construction patterns of different places and some typical public innovation space. In the meantime, this paper is on the status quo of Anxi’s tea industry, and it probes into the advantages and disadvantages of developing the pubic innovation space of the tea industry in Anxi and gives targeted strategies and advices to encourage and support the construction of public innovation space so as to provide references of the continuance of Anxi’s tea industry and its sound development.
