Construction And Management Evaluation Research Of Reservoir Water Park Based On AHP

Water Park is combined with the research of national conditions, established to water resource protection and water conservancy project comprehensive utilization of a scenic spot, scenic the multiple functions of water conservancy, environmental protection, tourism and scientific research, popular science in one at the beginning of the 21 st century in our country. The Reservoir Water Park is the six types of the most widely distributed, the largest number of a class, has the typical characteristics of water resources, but also a pioneer in Water Park development. In recent years, modern integrated development of water conservancy has growing importance to our state, national ecological civilization construction and urban construction sponge gradually put on the agenda.On this background, the development of Water Park has also been given a new mission, to further clarify the purpose of the development. The current situation of the development of the Reservoir Water Park of the construction and management, sums up the development achievements and shortcomings that will guide at the scenic areas of control and self summary, provide reference value for the future development. The quantitative study of domestic scholars on the Reservoir Water Park construction and management is still in the biank state, this paper based on hierarchical analysis method, the Reservoir Water Park construction and management of the weights of the evaluation system is established, and combined with the quantitative study of Nanwan and Taining Water Park of empirical evaluation studies, it is concluded that the effectiveness of the development of scenic spots, individual differences and the existing problems.(1) First of all,this article puts forward the significance of the evaluation of the Reservoir Water Park and the related concepts. And the research literature about construction, management and evaluation are summarized. It stated the situation of development of Reservoir Water Park and summarize the construction and management of the target, content, type and characteristics of them.(2) Then puts forward the significance of introduction of the analytic hierarchy process for the construction and management of the Reservoir Water Park, elaborate evaluation method and process. Through the evaluation of the primary election, the expert selection formed the final indicator hierarchy system eventually. Besides, the construction of evaluation system is divided into landscape construction, cultural construction, tourism development, infrastructure construction and ecological protection, which sum to 25 indicators. The management evaluation system is divided into management system, operation management, resource management and security management, which sum to 17 indicators. Basing on 30 professor, who make score for each indicators then getting a scientific parameter and a instances of comprehensive evaluation combined with questionnaire research method.(3) Select Nanwan and Taining Water Park as the object of empirical evaluation, adopt comprehensive research method of analytic hierarchy process and questionnaire survey, then the comprehensive evaluation results of each index of two water parks are obtained. And the index development of Water Parks of the status quo are respectively analyzed. It shows the overall development of the Nanwan and Taining Water Park is good, they conform to the forms of social development, and the ecological environment protection has been paid more attention to. However, the tow water parks still need to continue to increase protection efforts. Nanwan Water Park has good results in the construction of regional culture while the main feature of Taining Water Park is Danxia landform over water. Their common shortage is the lack of water conservancy culture and popular science culture construction.(4) At last, good experience and common problems of development of Reservoir Water Park based on the results of quantitative evaluation are think and sum up. corresponding suggestions are proposed, in order to provide reference for the future development and construction of the Reservoir Water Park.
