Water scenery resources scientific evaluation is the key to waterpark construction andmanagement, the Research departure from Development and depth of the characteristics ofthe value of the Waterpark, combined with or learn from the evaluation of tourism resources,landscape ecological evaluation, continual evaluation and related knowledge areas, buildoperational, scientific, water conservancy scenic spot evaluation system for exploratoryresearch.This article reviewed relevant Waterpark evaluation studies, the type, features andfunctions of waterpark are in-depth interpreted, the establishment of the Waterpark evaluationsystem by the resource value of evaluation. Planning and quality assessment, Developmentand utilization Condition Evaluation and management evaluation, using the"object layer-sub-object layer-the criteria layer-index layer"framework, for a total of80indicators.15experts and researchers participate the use of AHP to determine the weight of theWaterpark evaluation system. In the sub-object layer, The weight of resource valueassessment is highest. Planning quality assessment and management evaluation are close andget the second highest weights, weights of development and utilization of the conditionsrelatively low. In the resource value evaluation subsystem, the ornamental weight is highest,ecological and environmental value are second and close, the sum of two weights is greaterthan ornamental value weight; In the quality of planning evaluation subsystem, the generalrequirements accounting for the highest weights, reflecting the intention of the Administrationof Waterpark Strengthen the quality of planning through this standard, scientific criteria gotlower weights, the scenic development orientation index in this criteria weight maximum; Indevelopment and utilization of condition evaluation subsystem, location and services facilitiesgot higher weights. In Management evaluation subsystem, resource management got highestweights, safety got weights of the second, and close with the management weights. Landscaperesources and Scenic Area evaluation, this article establish the scoring criteria of thewaterpark evaluation system.Take national waterpark Xishan Bay Duolun Neimeng to conduct an empirical study onthe research results.evaluation score is71.3412points and put forward six development proposals. Evaluation result match the content of Xishan Bay Reservoir water sceneryresource report and masterplan, indicating that the research results has a strong operational inpractice.Last,this thesis sumarizes and discusses the thesis,and advance the directions of futureresearch.
