Entering the new century, China’s highway mileage is increasing, more and more vehicles, and the vehicle ownership rate of increase is greater than the current highway construction speed, causing the vehicle to increase by the time the high-speed toll, often causing congestion, thereby so the highway under increasing pressure. How to maximize save resources, maximize the potential of the highway, the highway is the current key issues of concern to managers. Nowadays, with the development of electronic technology and technology, electronic toll collection system into the public eye, it is intended to address highway congestion, reduce the time the owner through the toll station, in order to effectively improve traffic.ETC products in the expressway will occupy the position more and more, how to expand the Merchants Bank ETC product sales and market share, it is the focus of this paper.
