With the rapid development of science and technology, an unprecedented social and economic globalization, we are facing a reflect beautiful and full of risks future. On the one hand, we are expecting to get rid of the bondage of nature with the knowledge and the power of science and technology what we have; on the other hand, human is keeping to make new risks in the process of remaking nature, so the former is difficult to achieve. This can be said that the human social development is facing a dilemma. Because of this, the project risk becomes a very common nouns in nowadays. For some large, oversize project, if the investment decision-making errors or risk prevention, it will bring disastrous loss project involved. No matter the owners, contractors or financial institutions, they all take great importance to strengthen awareness of risk, and formulate the corresponding risk management plan.Large coal-fired power generation equipment projects, the author of this paper research on risk analysis, risk identification is studied in different ways, adopted the fuzzy comprehensive judging method of this research project risk identification, improve the accuracy of the risk identification, risk control to lay the foundation for it. Studied the risk evaluation of different algorithms, was proposed based on fuzzy hierarchical analysis of coal-fired power generation project risk evaluation, change method is to combine fuzzy evaluation and analytic hierarchy process, to deal with index evaluation, finally will establish a complete system, including qualitative analysis indicators by adopting the combination of expert investigation and fuzzy statistics method, quantitative analysis index of the fuzzy mathematics method. And six different types of risk classification processing, realize the dynamic monitoring of the whole the purpose of the research and development project risk. This kind of dynamic research method is verified by case operation effectiveness and accuracy.The significance of this thesis is in the study of the risk management of the project management and exploration, for the smooth implementation of large power equipment research and development projects, ensure the quality to make the project can be finished on, and achieve the desired project objectives. Especially in our country which is in the economic transition period, the research on electric powerplays a good role in promoting development, construction, it also can promote the operating mechanism of market economy mature faster.
