In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, the social logistics demand get further release, logistics enterprises that can meet the different demands of services have sprung up and developed. Supply market of Logistics service comes to prosperous, at the same time the intra-industry competition is increasingly intensified, the profits are diluted. Especially with the progress of emerging technologies such as Internet, mobile Internet, all kinds of innovative approaches are applied to all sides of life, the logistics demand of enterprise also present variety, small batch and customization. How to adapt to changes in consumer demand and how to stand out in the fierce competition to the traditional logistics enterprises are the continuously concern of the enterprise managers and academic researchers in the new competition background.Therefore, this paper reviewed the related logistics service innovation theoretical knowledge and research methods, combined with China’s logistics industry representative-ZY logistics service provider, in actual project, the company found that problems in the process of service innovation, Found that the special problems in the process of service innovation, and then from the aspects of motivation, influence factors, constraints such as analyze the connotation and the extension service innovation scheme, finally puts forward to the demand side solution to get closer to the customer needs, in order to improve customer enthusiasm and synergy in the logistics service innovation, to enhance customer satisfaction, cultivate enterprise’s core values and irreplaceability.The Study found that at the beginning of BOE logistics service ZY logistics company proposed the innovation to logistics services such as a special project team, paid taxes financial support service, using their own advantages security positions, integration of resources to lower logistics cost. But by the customer of ZY logistics KPI examination results did not achieve the desired customer satisfaction and, in turn, affect the enterprise performance, Among the reasons, mainly is lack of consideration of customer demand, leading to poor performance of logistics service innovation. Based on the PDCA theory, this study proposed from the perspective of customer requirements put forward corresponding solutions, concrete manifestation in:(1)Perfect the functions of the project team, increase the service customer interaction, totally understanding the customer needs and continuously improve.(2) Put forward the corresponding suggestions to customers’capital flow problems;(3) Moderated cooperate with rivals, to lower the high cost of scarce resources due to customers.(4) Investment logistics platform construction, increase the information symmetry, improve customer experience.(5) Internal resources integration, perfect the supplier management, etc.Finally through the analysis of the applicability, the feasibility of the above measures, that can bring improvement performance for ZY logistics to verify the hypothesis that considering the Demand-Oriented Logistics Service Innovation has a positive role to logistics enterprises.Because the author works in the ZY logistics company for a long time, mainly focused on the interactions with customers, and the macro environment is cognitive limitations. But, in the hope that this article research as a study, the management of the logistics enterprise service innovation after practice and theoretical research to provide reference for reference.
