But at present our country agricultural foreign direct investment is still at the fledgling stage, lacking the support of traditional experience, agricultural foreign direct investment policy, strategy and service and so on are also shortcomings, therefore met with many difficulties and problems in the process of foreign direct investment activities. In addition, a variety of external service conditions lag is also restricted the further development of foreign direct investment of China’s agriculture, particularly the imperfection of financial support. As one of the important link for the service condition, the financial support has a vital role to the agriculture of our country foreign direct investment. But since agricultural foreign direct investment is a long cycle, high risk of international economic activities, as one of the main body of financial service, commercial finance investment enthusiasm and strength is limited. So in such case, the government should give full play to the promoting effect of system factors, setting up agricultural foreign direct investment and financial policy support system. Policy-oriented financial as the special financial form countries set up to promote the domestic trade and foreign investment, reflecting the development of national economic policy will, providing the export credit, credit insurance, credit guarantee, and foreign aid, business varieties and patterns for the national support industry to provide financial support, so as to provide convenient conditions for the country foreign direct investment.Based on the policy finance support for agriculture as the main line, the thesis draw a conclusion that problems are financing difficulties and guaranteeing difficulties in the agricultural foreign direct investment in china on the analysis of the present situation of agriculture in our country foreign direct investment. And then discusses the necessity of based-policy financial support to the agricultural foreign direct investment. Take the export-import bank of China and China export and credit insurance company which are two policy financial institutions for instance, establishing the empirical model demonstrates the policy financial support for foreign direct investment in agriculture in our country.
