With the development of social economy, the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce, and the knowledge workers as the core element of enterprise become the key of enterprise competition. How to motivate knowledge workers effectively, to enhance their level of job engagement, to make their creativity into play, has become a management problem for all enterprise managers must face together.Based on the related literature of knowledge workers motivation factors and job engagement, with the knowledge workers in high technology enterprise H as the research object, this paper analyzes the relationship between motivation factors of knowledge workers and job engagement. Through the questionnaire on knowledge workers of H company to investigate their satisfaction on motivation factors and job engagement status. SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to carry out descriptive statistical analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis of the sample data.The results of the research show that motivation factors of knowledge workers in the personal development dimension can be used to predict the emotional engagement; Work factors and the personal development can be used to predict cognitive engagement and job engagement; knowledge workers motivation factors of each dimension have no role in physiological engagement.Finally, this paper takes the classical motivation theory as the guide, combined with the research conclusions and H company current motivate method to knowledge workers, and puts forward some optimization suggestions for the motivation strategy of H company knowledge workers. I hope this paper can help H company motivate knowledge workers better, greatly improve their level of job engagement, play their creativity, create more value for the enterprise.
