In recent years, the cases of environmental pollution caused by the companies occur frequently, as a result, they have a serious impact on our country, society and people, which reflects the sense of corporate social responsibility is relatively weak to some extent. When companies occur environmental pollution and other similar problems, the stakeholders will suffer a great loss. When the CPAs audit these companies, they will do not ignore this situation. They need to plan the audit procedures and methods in accordance with the real situation of these enterprises to obtain sufficient and appropriate evidence, issue the appropriate audit reports, which will affect the trust level of the stakeholders to the corporate financial statements. However, the CPAs can only provide a reasonable assurance and not an absolute assurance to identify all errors and fraud, therefore, audit risk is always exist.For the above reasons, the paper researchs the relationship between corporate social responsibility information disclosure and audit risk. In this paper, apply the mainstream empirical research method, selecte 2012--2014 social responsibility report released by Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies as sample data, after making a deal, finally obtain 1696 valid sample companies. The first part of the article describes the research background and significance, literature review, research content and methods and Innovation, guiding the following sections from the macro. In the second part of the article, define the concept of corporate social responsibility and audit risk firstly. Then introduces relevant theories, which include stakeholder theory, social responsibility theory and signaling theory, preparing for the other parts of this paper. The third part describes the current situation of corporate social responsibility information disclosure, and analyzes its relationship with audit risk in detail. The fourth part is empirical study design, including research hypothesis, model building and variable selection, sample selection and data sources, which laying the groundwork for the next empirical analysis. The fifth part analyzes the empirical results, from the descriptive statistics, correlation and multiple regression. The sixth part is the conclusion and recommendations of the article, in this part, to sum up the main conclusions of this article firstly, then put forward some recommendations about proving corporate social responsibility information disclosure and reducing audit risk.The research shows that, the overall level of corporate social responsibility information disclosure is positively correlated with the CPA audit risk, in contrast with the hypothesis. The content level and form level of corporate social responsibility information disclosure is negatively correlated with the CPA audit risk, consistent with the hypothesis. In addition, the size and profitability of companies are negatively correlated with the CPA audit risk.
