Research On The Business Models Of Wind Electric Machine Manufacturing Enterprises

Wind power industry in our country,although the development time is not long,but its development speed is quite amazing.Now our country has become the first in global wind power industry.It provides numerous opportunities for development,and brings the unprecedented scale and growth capacity for the enterprise in global wind power industry.So that it attracts many traditional companies.However,there are many risks and issues.With the continuous improvement of technology and market gradually becoming rational,the enterprise competes,and it even appears the condition of heavy discounting of vicious competition.At the same time,wind power machine manufacturing enterprises is in the middle part of the wind power industry chain,they must face scattered parts suppliers and strong power and wind farm investment,the situation is more serious.Some enterprises take bold action actively innovation,for example changing the business model from numerous enterprises blooming,they gradually become the leading enterprises,they almost certainly have a bright future,and will continue to maintain growth and increase international competitiveness.But for other wind power machine manufacturing enterprises,the prospect is not so good.Therefore,this thesis is based on the domestic wind power machine manufacturing enterprises as the object in combination with goldwind's case,and has analyzed the operation mode on the domestic wind power machine manufacturing enterprises.This thesis elaborated the environment wind power machine manufacturing enterprises in China from the industrial environment,policy environment two aspects,and researched and analysised the competitiveness of wind power machine manufacturing enterprises in our country through the analysis of porter five models,the research suggests that China's wind power machine manufacturing enterprises will continue to improve compared with the traditional electric power enterprise competitiveness,but it will have more competitive among the wind power machine manufacturing enterprises.By expounding machine manufacturing enterprises in China's business model,it concludes that,the wind power industry in China is still in the stage of development compared with the mature European wind power market,in addition to the existing business model,the new business model also will appear with the industry development.And then we analyzed its business model through the SWOT matrix combining with goldwind science and technology enterprise practice experience,and gave the implementation of safeguards.Finally we explored wind machine production enterprise's business model in the conclusion.And the future development direction of the wind power industry in our country is prospected.
