Research On Economic Evaluation Of Zhenyuan Copper Mine

Copper is widely used in light industry, machinery, electronics, military industry and many other fields just because of its good conductivity, thermal conductivity,corrosion resistance and high plasticity. China’s copper production is much lower than the social demand of copper resource and about three-quarters of the demand is imported in China. The copper already can’t afford human to unrestrained, inefficient exploitation and utilization. Every exploitation of Copper needs to make sufficient preparations to realize the goal of producing high quality copper using most advanced technology and less costs. So this requires introducing advanced technology and advanced cost management concept into the copper mine development.In the process of copper mine development, the technology selection is directly related to the cost of the construction project cost and the development cost in the later period. This article is to Zhenyuan copper mine development project as the research object, for Zhenyuan copper local geological and hydrological characteristics,a comparative analysis of the different technology development program, and the final choice scheme of evaluation of the economic and social benefits.Chapter 1 introduced in this paper, the background, significance, using comparative analysis method, cost analysis and economic evaluation means, intends to the project research, formulates the research content and research methods, and the research theory and the related literature were reviewed.The second chapter studies the scheme of Zhenyuan copper mine development is studied. First introduced the nature of the Zhenyuan copper mine; secondly on the Zhenyuan copper reserves are briefly analyzed; finally a detailed introduction to the construction project financial evaluation index selection.The third chapter has carried on the economic evaluation of Zhenyuan copper mine development. Mainly involves estimation of investment projects, investment analysis, investment benefit evaluation and macroeconomic changes on investmentproject economic impact of a four part, is focused on the analysis of the Zhenyuan copper deposit in engineering cost management and calculation, the return on investment of the project is evaluated.The fourth chapter puts forward the research on security measures for the implementation of technical scheme of Zhenyuan copper mine development. Mainly from the following three aspects introduced Zhenyuan copper safeguards:organization, reasonable arrangements for the production schedule, strengthening the project management of the tailing dam.Zhenyuan copper development of economy is in accordance with the demands of modern society with low cost and high income goal, to conduct a comprehensive assessment of Zhenyuan copper mining project, and gives three prompted Zhenyuan copper mine has successfully developed the safeguard measures. Considering from the social point of view, the significance of this paper lies in improving copper mining efficiency, reduce the waste of copper resources, so as to avoid the deadweight loss of social resources; considered from the point of view of the enterprise, mining project economic evaluation research, it is advantageous to the enterprise cost control, promote the company value maximization goal realization,making the company guarantee a seat in the fierce competition.
