Qingdao Hisense Donghai Commercial Ltd., grew out of the transition from the wholly-owned subsidiary to Hisense Group, to a private company in which Hisense Group invested equity participation. In the last 20 years, this private company has come into being a big comprehensive business and trade enterprise who has five subsidiaries including high-end luxury and retail store, merchandised supermarket. Experiencing the golden period of rapid economy development of general merchandise, the company has mainly focused on expansion, development and market transition due to forced transition period of the traditional retail business. There is nearly no effort input into scientific operation management study by the company which is under the atmosphere of focusing on operation and despising management. However, with the development of the era, China industry upgrade is an inevitable trend along, the importance of HR training and management has become more and more significant by undertaking the responsibilities to improve employees’ capability, skills and potential and to increase the ability of matching staff with position, which could enhance employees’ performance and reduce operation cost by digging up the return of investment of company’s labor cost. Therefore, optimization research study on training and management for Qingdao Hisense Donghai Commercial Ltd., becomes especially important.This thesis targets Qingdao Hisense Donghai Commercial Ltd., as training and management business optimization object, and in-depth study and optimization are in the following steps:First of all, introduce domestic and overseas HR management, training and development module and relevant management theories. Review and summarize relevant points that provide new thoughts and method for Qingdao Hisense Donghai Commercial Ltd., training and management business optimization.Secondly, focusing on training and management business weaknesses of Qingdao Hisense Donghai Commercial Ltd., reveal problems and root causes from training resources, procedures, performance appraisals, training process etc., and provide optimization plan.Thirdly, by working on the optimization and correction plan and guaranteeing measurements, optimized the training and management business for Qingdao Hisense Donghai Commercial Ltd., whose business becomes more scientific and perfect.Last but not least, by optimizing Qingdao Hisense Donghai Commercial Ltd., training and management business, generalizing the training courses and lecture resources that improve the configuration of the resources and pertinence and effectiveness of the training; by optimizing the procedures for training demand, plan and operations, standardizing the procedures and staffs’ professionalism that improve efficiency of training activity; by setting training key performance index, discovering appraisal method and gathering data, utilizing evaluation data accumulation, which makes training result more concrete and standard and the data could be used in feedback to improve training work; by constructing and perfecting the training and strengthening inspection, to make training system ensure the progress of training related businesses; and by bringing up responsibilities of training organization, improving professional skills of trainers, promoting training business reorganization and acceptance, to make sure the preferred scheme can be put into effect and evaluate and forecast on the preferred scheme.
